Cascade's Red Wine Selection
Shiraz (Australia) £12:50
Vibrant and fruity. Aromas of raspberry and spice.
Soft and supple with smooth tannins and plenty of berry fruit flavours.
Red Zinfandel (California) £16:00
Ruby red with raspberry fruit and hints of spice on the nose.
Full bodied with ripe red berry fruit, supple tannins and a long, lasting finish
Rioja (Spain) £18:00
Richly flavoured and spicy, ripe plum fruit characters with cinnamon and soft vanilla flavours
from 24 months ageing in American and Russian oak barrels. Fine quality.
Carmenere (Argentina) £21:00
Vibrant, dark ruby with an intense nose of berries and chocolate with a hint of pepper and mineral notes.
Full bodied with an abundance of rich, ripe berry fruit and spice. An elegant powerful wine with a long finish.

Chardonnay (Australia) £12.50
A blend of cool climate regions specialising in Chardonnay production.
Unoaked with light, tropical fruit flavours and a clean finish.
Pinot Grigio (Italy) £15.00
Pale yellow colour. Nose is light, slightly aromatic and clean.
The palate is fruity with good balance and crisp acidity.
Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand) £17.00
A nose of intense, fresh gooseberry fruit, dry and full of Mediterranean peaches and passion fruit.
Chablis (France) £21.00
Delicious example of this classic dry white.
Very good concentration and balance with mineral character and good length.

Bach Platinum Cava (Spain) £17.00
Reserva. Light and refreshing with good fruit and citrus character.
A higher proportion of Chardonnay in the blend gives the flavour style and elegance.

Richly coloured.
A fine, lasting mousse with bready, yeasty characteristics and a touch of citrus fruit.
